I recently started doing “Zombies, Run!” and my god does it motivate you! Nothing makes you run faster quite like hearing the moans of the living dead gradually getting closer. I’ve run some of my fastest 5k times EVER.

God I had this and it terrified me. It didn’t help that my gps at the time was naff so I’d be running without the map like;

I have this app and I use it all the time when I’m jogging. I usually go running in the forest after dark because it makes everything even scarier, but the plot is great and you’ll love it
